CUSTOM FABRICATION & MOBILE WELDING

On the initial visit, we met with the client and discussed their concept, goals, timeline, and budget. We pulled measurements and noted site conditions. Then head back to the shop.

We get to work virtually first to develop a structural plan and assemble a bid and a timeline, which is presented to the client. 

Upon approval, we get to work – first step is to pour the footings, which creates a level starting point. Measure again for exact structural base dimensions which are used during fabrication in the shop. The base structure is then installed. 

In our shop, we make use of precision tools like the drill press and CNC Plasma cutter to create accurate and consistent templates for fabricating various parts.

Our team fabricates the stairs and handrails in the shop then heads out to the site to weld them in place. Double-check measurements, city code compliance, and fitting.

Once the structure was approved by the City's Inspector, the client painted the framework and installed the deck boards.
